Asking for Soap

The opening number ("Cage of Lies") starts with Olivia asking one of the older girls for soap. It's both a nod to the "Olivia Twist" inspiration and a reflection of the actual situation in the detention centers. There's also an interlude in the song is based on a when the US government argued in court that they didn't have to provide basic sanitary items like soap, toothpaste, etc in the detention centres.
