Ava Nicole Frances grew up with her two dads in San Francisco, getting her start professionally at age ten in an autobiographical cabaret show with her father Frank Silletti.
By the time she was fifteen, she was working alongside Charlo Crossley (former Bette Midler Harlette and Broadway star) in the cabaret business. Ava has sold out venues in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, and London! She is currently attending NYU pursuing a BFA in Musical Theater with a double minor in Psychology and Creative Writing. She has also studied at Michael Feinstein’s Songbook Academy, Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Bootcamp (KCBBC), Camp YATC, and Ruth Asawa School of the Arts (SOTA).Some other theater credits include A Chorus Line (Diana Morales), Hairspray (Tracy Turnblad), and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Rona).
Ava is a two time Broadway World Award winner, winning Best Junior Performer (2020) and Best Debut Show (2022). Most recently, she can be found as a finalist on the 22nd season of American Idol. Ava is beyond honored to be working on such a moving, inspiring, and important show such as Olivia O!
